Will you publish my property online?
No. Everything stays in a private register and is shared only with matched, verified parties after a meeting.
Which areas do you serve?
For now our hub serves Saharsa district. In the coming time we will expand across Bihar and then all of India. Right now: the 10 blocks of Saharsa plus Saharsa Town.
What is the commission?
It is told in writing before negotiation. The first meeting is free and there is no verification charge.
How do you verify documents?
Khatiyan, mutation, rent receipt and sale deed are reviewed with a lawyer. We never keep originals.
Can I book with missing documents?
Yes. Tick "I will bring some documents later" when booking.
Do I pay to see a property?
Never. Call us if anyone asks for money in our name.
